Sources & external links

unscene helps a group choose a title. Catalog information and viewing destinations come from other services, and their coverage and accuracy vary.

Titles, ratings and posters

The starter catalog and live discovery use Cinemeta for movie and TV metadata. This includes title names, release years, genres, ratings, posters and, when supplied, TV episode and season information. Some starter posters are served with the app; other images load from the URLs supplied by the catalog.

Ratings labeled IMDb are supplied through Cinemeta. IMDb title identifiers are used to link to the corresponding IMDb title pages. unscene does not receive a directly licensed full IMDb database and is not an official IMDb product. The catalog is not exhaustive, and a rating or release detail may differ from the provider’s current page.

Source identification does not establish permission to reuse third-party material. Titles, artwork and other content remain subject to their owners’ rights and the applicable providers’ terms.

Streaming availability

WatchHub supplies reported streaming destinations for the country selected in your profile. Offers can include subscriptions, rentals or purchases. These are different forms of access. A service subscription does not guarantee that every offer or add-on channel is included.

Offers may be cached or out of date. A TV-series offer does not guarantee that a particular season is included. unscene compares reported providers with members’ self-reported subscriptions; it does not verify accounts, entitlements or playback. Check the service itself before choosing what to watch.

DVD and Blu-ray links

When an exact Criterion edition has been verified in our small reference list, the first purchase link goes to that title’s Criterion page. Otherwise the main link opens a Barnes & Noble search, with Amazon as another option and a Criterion search where relevant. A missing direct Criterion link means an edition has not been verified here, not that no edition exists.

Buttons labeled “Search” or “Check” open search results. They do not promise a particular release, a matching disc format, stock or a price. Even a direct title page may be unavailable or list several editions. Check Blu-ray/DVD format, region compatibility and the seller’s terms before buying.

Current retailer links are ordinary direct or search links; the app does not add an unscene affiliate identifier. Provider-supplied streaming destinations may include the provider’s own referral parameters.

Independent destinations, no warranty

External sites have their own operators, terms, privacy policies and security practices. Links are for convenience and do not imply endorsement or affiliation. unscene does not control their content and cannot guarantee their accuracy, safety, availability, prices or products. Check where you are going before entering account or payment information.

The service and its links are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Our terms and conditions describe the warranty and liability limits; nothing excludes protections that applicable law does not allow to be waived.

Corrections and rights concerns

If you believe a title, source attribution or link is inaccurate, or that material infringes your rights, email admin@jobhuntmode.com and identify the title and affected page. Do not assume that a matching title or poster establishes a particular edition or viewing entitlement.
